In the Cupola of the Bonnefantenmuseum is Sol LeWitt’s Walldrawing # 801 : Spiral.
The last time I saw this piece, about a year ago, there was another object in the space. This time, there was just Spiral, and the experience was different; it was possible to stand in the center of the room and look at spiral starting and progressing around and up the walls. Such a simple construct. Yet quite overwhelming the visual senses. And also the aural senses.
