An invitation was extended and gladly accepted to visit Judith Goodman. Judith is known as a photographer (in conjunction with her husband as GVR photography), but she also makes sculptures by assembling found items.
Their home contained many completed sculptures, and her atelier contained many components and one almost finished work-in-progress. While assemblage is not something that directly appeals to my sensibilities, it was nevertheless interesting to see her work up close, and to get a glimpse into her working atelier.
